We Are Hiring
We are looking for a Clubhouse Assistant whose duties would include: Catering, Bar and Housekeeping.
Whilst experience would be an advantage, it’s not essential, but being the right person for the job is! You must work well in a team and have excellent customer service skills. You will be greeting customers and helping to create a welcoming atmosphere for all our members and guests.
On offer is permanent contract of 20 hours per week, to be worked in flexible shifts over a 7 days. Overtime will be available.
You must have own transport due to location.

MEMBERS GDPR POLICY
Administration is our only use of the *personal data you give us when applying to be a member of the Golf Club:
We use it for; administration and organisation of golf activities, the maintenance of handicaps and invoicing of subscriptions. It will also be used to communicate with you, to keep you up to date with information and decisions. Your name and phone number will be used to compile a ‘contact list’ held at the back of the Club Diary which will be distributed to all members (diary to be signed for). Officers of the Club and Sections will use email addresses as a primary source of communication. At no time would we use the information given to us for any other purpose than those stated above without your permission.
Your data record will be retained after you have left the club for up to five years.
To provide you with an effective administration service we require the assistance of 3rd party partners whose details are below.
*Personal Data held: Name, address, telephone number(s), email address, DOB, date of joining club, gender, membership notes, handicap, playing history, CDH ID numbers.
England Golf administers all clubs in England and holds the Central Database of Handicaps (CDH) for each member of the club who has a CONGU handicap. They are all assigned a CDH lifetime ID number. This enables members to view their individual handicap and for Clubs to verify handicap information of visitors and check away scores of members.
Club Systems International: Is used to maintain your personal data and handicaps, please contact the Secretary if any of this information needs amending.
Club Systems are the market leaders in British and Irish Golf IT applications. They operate the CONGU Golf Handicapping software and HowDidiDo. Their only 3rd party partners are Golf Clubs and integration partners such as BRS Golf and England Golf Union.
BRS Golf: When you register on line through the club web site it is with BRS Golf and you are able to maintain your personal data through your account. BRS provide the Golf Club with the web site and booking system. Their software enables club officials to monitor the use of the Golf Club by both members and visitors; eg. tee times, dates and the amount times a member has played.
BRS Is a division of GolfNow, Golf Channel and NBC Sports. Any payments made on line via the BRS system for competition entry goes through the secure on line payment service Sage Pay.
Financial: During the administration of membership we take payment for subscription in various ways including BACS and card payment in person and over the phone, we not retain any bank or card details of our members as a result of this action. Fairway Credit (Premium Credit) is the finance company we use to assist members in paying their subscriptions via direct debit. The financial agreement is confidential between the member and the finance company, only information relevant to the clubs income is passed to the Club Secretary.
Marketing: Members personal information is not sold on to any company and is not used by the club for marketing purpose.
