The prize draw will be made every 3 months, during the first week of March, June, September and December, until further notice.

Details of winners will be posted on the website and individual winners will be notified directly by e-mail.

The golf is to be played at an agreed time and date arranged between both the winner and Secretary at Llanymynech Golf Club. There may be limited times available to play on a weekend but this can be negotiated with the Secretary.

The use of buggies is not included in the prize.

The 2 course meal is to be taken from the club menu and arranged with the Steward at least 3 days before the date of play. It should be noted that there are restrictions on the catering facilities which are available on Mondays throughout the year.

This prize is transferable to another person with prior notice being given to the Secretary.

The Club have the ultimate and final decision on the winners and dates for play.
